You can book a pickup directly on our website or through the Rite Price app (available on iOS and Android). The app lets you schedule pickups, track your order in real time, set your washing preferences, and pay securely with your card or transfer. You can also reach us via WhatsApp to place orders manually — our team is always on hand to help.

Rite Price Repeat is our monthly laundry subscription plan. Instead of paying per item, you subscribe for a set number of bags per month — starting from 1 bag. All Repeat plans include free pickup and delivery, waived service fees, free next-day rush service, and unlimited rollover of unused bags. Plans start from ₦59,000 per bag/month and you can save an additional 15% by choosing annual billing. It's designed for busy Nigerians who want the stress of laundry completely off their hands.

For our pay-as-you-go service, pricing is calculated by item. For Rite Price Repeat subscribers, pricing is per bag — so it doesn't matter how heavy the bag is, as long as it fits in the bag we take care of it. We also offer flat-rate pricing for dry cleaning individual items like suits, agbada, ankara, and delicate fabrics. Pricing is always shown upfront before you confirm your order — no hidden charges.

Absolutely. Our team is trained to handle a wide range of Nigerian fabrics including agbada, aso-oke, ankara, lace, adire, and embroidered pieces. Delicate items are hand-inspected, tagged individually, and cleaned using the appropriate method — whether that's gentle machine wash, hand wash, or dry cleaning. We also have special care options for heavily embroidered or beaded traditional outfits.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from pickup to delivery. If you need your clothes urgently, our Next-Day Rush Service gets your laundry back to you the following evening. Rush service is included free for all Rite Price Repeat subscribers — for pay-as-you-go customers it's available for an additional ₦5,000. You can select rush service when scheduling your pickup on the app or website.

Not at all. Our facilities have 24/7 power backup so your laundry is never interrupted by power cuts. We also notify you in real time via WhatsApp and the app if there are any delays — though our goal is always to meet the promised delivery window regardless of grid situation.

We accept all major payment methods: debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, and USSD payments through the app or website. For business accounts, we offer monthly invoicing. We do not currently accept cash payments. All transactions are secured and you receive a receipt via email and WhatsApp.

Yes — there are no long-term contracts. You can pause, change, or cancel your Rite Price Repeat plan at any time through the app or by contacting our team. If you pause, your unused bag credits roll over for up to 3 months. We believe your commitment to us should be earned every month by the quality of our service — not locked in by fine print.

Standard cleans are priced lower than deep cleans or post-renovation cleans which require more time and specialist equipment. Every Rite Price cleaner goes through a thorough background check, in-person interview, and supervised training before they ever enter a customer's home. They carry ID, arrive in branded uniform, and are fully insured. You can also request the same cleaner for recurring bookings so you always have a familiar face you're comfortable with.

A standard clean covers sweeping, mopping, surface wiping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and general tidying. A deep clean goes further — scrubbing inside cabinets, cleaning behind appliances, descaling tiles and fixtures, washing walls and skirting boards, and a thorough scrub of all surfaces. We recommend a deep clean for first-time bookings or properties that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while.

No — our cleaners come fully equipped with all the products and tools needed for the job. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and all surface types. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use, just let us know when booking.

You can set up weekly, fortnightly, or monthly recurring cleans through the app. Recurring customers get a priority booking slot, the same assigned cleaner each visit, and a loyalty discount on every session.
